After an initial needs assessment, our Corporate Services team will help you structure your books and complete the formalities required for running the business.

We can fully manage all the administrative details of your company. Or, if you prefer, we’ll take over specific tasks such as bookkeeping, payment operations, payroll and social insurance contributions. The choice is yours.

If HR is your main concern, we’ll gladly serve as an outsourced HR department or assist you in routine HR tasks such as recruiting, performance appraisals and dismissals. We also handle the paperwork, including employment contracts and company by-laws.
